Savino & Smollar mean business.

Here at Savino & Smollar, we want you to feel comfortable with our attorneys and understand that we care about you.  We got into personal injury law because we do care about people and want to see them win when they are injured and need help.  Being injured doesn’t always come at a good time.  However, you need to stop what you were doing and focus on getting healed properly.

If you have been injured, you need to first seek medical attention to get the injury stable.  As soon as you are stable and can speak with us, give us a call and we will discuss what is within your rights.  Remember, this is not a lawsuit on your employer.  In fact, you are merely trying to get the benefits from your employer’s insurance plan.  While your employer may try to make you think that this is an attack on them, it is not.  You have had an injury and you need help with the medical bills and your other bills as well.  That’s why the employers of the city of New York are required to pay into the Workers’ compensation fund.  This is there to protect the workers should there be an accident.

Workers’ compensation doesn’t care who was at fault, as long as it is determined this was not done on purpose.  You should never go it alone.  These insurance companies make this process so long and complex for the average person.  However, we have filed countless claims and can get the funds you deserve right away.
